Our Approach
Real courses from a real business with nearly a decade of operations. No fear-selling, no filler, no manipulation, just the work.
Read MoreWhy These Courses Exist
There is no shortage of online courses. There is a serious shortage of honest ones.
We built these courses because we watched an industry fill up with people selling confidence they haven't earned. Course creators who learned a subject last year and are teaching it this year. Coaches who have never run the kind of business they're advising. Content padded with hours of "mindset" material designed to make a thin curriculum feel substantial.
We are not those people.
IVONNE is a real business. We have operated a cosmetic clinic since 2017. Over 9 years of daily operations: real clients, real revenue, real consequences. The people behind this content have over 15 years of individual professional experience across law, technology, and clinical aesthetics.
Everything we teach comes from work we have actually done, problems we have actually solved, and mistakes we have actually made. Not theory. Not frameworks borrowed from someone else's slide deck. The work.
These Courses Are Short on Purpose
You might find them surprisingly short. That's intentional.
Taking a course as a small business owner is like dating in your 30s or 40s: both sides are thinking "are we going to do this? Because we've got things to do." We respect that. These courses are not designed to take a long time. They are designed to give you what you need and get out of your way.
The online course industry has a runtime problem. Creators pad their content to justify a price tag: 40 hours of material where 4 hours of substance is buried under 36 hours of filler, stories, and "mindset" segments. We won't do that. If a unit takes 12 minutes and you walk away knowing something you didn't before, that unit did its job.
What You Will Get
- Play-by-play content drawn from real business operations, not hypotheticals
- Direct, honest assessments of what works, what doesn't, and what's a waste of your money
- Substance over runtime: a focused unit that teaches something real is worth more than a padded module of filler
- Sources and evidence where claims are made, not appeals to authority
What You Will Not Get
- Fear, uncertainty, or doubt used as motivation. We will never ask you "do you want to stagnate?" or imply that inaction makes you a failure. That is manipulation, not education.
- Guilt-driven language disguised as exclusivity. You will never read "this isn't for everyone, especially if you're not committed." If a course isn't the right fit, we'll say so plainly, without making it your character flaw.
- Vague "mindset" sections that exist to pad the runtime. If we can't fill a unit with something concrete, the unit doesn't exist.
- Manufactured scarcity or urgency. The content is here. Take the time you need.
Why Take Any Course at All
Any time you spend thinking about your business, making goals, understanding your position, and actively working toward something specific, is time well spent. That's the real reason to take a course. Not because someone on the internet told you to. Not because you're afraid of falling behind. Because you decided that your business is worth the investment of your own focused attention.
Before You Buy: The Same Test We Apply to Everything
We evaluate every course we build against a three-part test, and we encourage you to evaluate us the same way before you spend a dollar:
- Does the business case exist for both parties? Is there a real, specific reason you need this knowledge, and is there a real reason we're the ones to teach it?
- Are the requirements clear and scoped? Can you describe what you need to learn and can we describe exactly what you'll walk away with?
- Is the implementation feasible? Do you have the time, the context, and the baseline knowledge to actually apply what you'll learn?
If a course doesn't pass all three, for you, it doesn't belong in your schedule. We'd rather you take nothing than take the wrong thing. That's not a sales line. That's how we evaluate every decision in our own business, and we think you should hold us to it.
Who This Is For
These courses are for people who have a plan, or want one. People who are willing to measure, understand, and execute on their goals. People who respect their own time enough to demand substance from the things they invest in.
If you are looking for a magic formula, a shortcut, or someone to tell you what you want to hear, you will not find that here. Not because we're trying to be exclusive, but because that approach doesn't work and we won't pretend it does.
Why Bother With Discipline If Success Isn't Guaranteed
Nothing in these courses will guarantee your success. No course can. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling certainty they don't have.
What structured thinking does guarantee is that you won't lose against yourself. You won't buy the wrong thing because you skipped the analysis. You won't hire for the wrong role because you never defined what you actually needed. You won't launch something nobody asked for because you assumed instead of asking. You won't repeat the same mistake because you never stopped to measure what happened the first time.
The disciplined life is worth leading not because it promises victory, but because it eliminates the losses that were always within your control. The market, the timing, the competition: those are external. But the decisions you make with the information you had? Those are yours. These courses exist to make sure that part of the equation is as strong as it can be.
Who We Are
IVONNE started as a boutique skincare and laser clinic. Through nearly a decade of hands-on experience, we built the systems, processes, and operational knowledge that most businesses in our industry never develop, because no one teaches it.
Now we do.
Our courses are grounded in business analysis fundamentals. Before we teach you how to do something, we make sure you understand why it matters, how to evaluate whether it's working, and what to do when it isn't. That analytical foundation runs through everything we offer.
If we make a claim, we'll back it up. If something is our opinion based on experience, we'll say so. We welcome skepticism: it's the appropriate response to anyone asking for your time and attention. The difference between us and the people we're warning you about is simple: our credentials come from the work, not from claiming credentials.
